Meet Sena O. our friend, business coach, and long time customer. She is originally from Ghana, West Africa and now calls Philadelphia home. She is the proud mother of 3 young men and they keep a hectic, blended family schedule. She works full time, coaches working parents, and consults with entrepreneurs and business owners. She enjoys being a life-long learner and is exploring Ph.D. programs while encouraging her sons to do the same. Sena has over 20 years of combined experience in consulting, advising, training, higher education administration, diversity student recruitment, career services, creative marketing, and program management.

UESS: How long have you been a customer of Urban Essence Salon & Spa?
Sena O.: UESS has been a part of my life for over 12 years now.
UESS: What features sold you on buying our products?
Sena O.: I feel in love with the Brown Sugar Scrub at first because of the luscious texture and yummy smell. I remember telling the UESS team to call me after my purchase to make sure that I wasn't trying to dip strawberries into it. It was rich, organic, and just looked delectable.

Sena O.: The products are excellent. There are a few that required getting a little bit of education on in order to fully appreciate them. With less unnecessary ingredients the products sometimes looks different but have felt good on the skin.
UESS: How would you feel if you could no longer use this product?
Sena O.: UESS offers some quality, hand-crafted products that I would be hard-pressed to find a replacement for because of the scent or the effect on my skin.
